  • •Own and drive technical roadmaps across your domain/squad/tribe, connecting technical debt, reliability, scalability, and security to the product roadmap.
  • •Architect highly robust and scalable microservices using event-driven design patterns.
  • •Lead impactful problems within and beyond your team, driving high-impact cross-team initiatives that unlock new features and value for partners.
  • •Mentor and influence engineers through code reviews and best practices to raise the bar for technical excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundation in modern Java or other JVM-based languages, with experience with the Spring framework and a commitment to clean, testable, performant code.
  • •Deep experience building and operating microservices with solid understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and concurrency patterns.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kafka (or similar messaging systems), including designing and owning robust, scalable event pipelines.
  • •Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization, schema design, and data lifecycle management for sensitive information.
  • •Product-oriented thinking and ability to lead cross-team initiatives to unblock partner problems, plus strong communication to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
