Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and characterize ALD/CVD thin film processes using well-planned experiments and data analysis to drive improvements.
  • •Support scaling of cell film processes across nodes and platforms.
  • •Own defined portions of process modules/sub-modules; track process margins, key sensitivities, and integration risks; resolve process/tool-related issues within scope.
  • •Correlate material/structural/electrical data with integration and device teams to guide optimization; support failure analysis and root-cause investigations for yield and reliability.
  • •Build hands-on knowledge of cell film equipment/hardware, support tool qualifications/upgrades/platform transfers, communicate findings via technical reports, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥3 years), Master’s (≥5 years), or Bachelor’s (≥7 years) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Experience in thin film R&D for microelectronic devices with a proven track record leading complex technology development.
  • •Strong fundamentals in ALD/CVD and materials characterization; ability to link process conditions to material properties and device behavior.
  • •Working knowledge of plasma processes, vacuum systems, and chemical reactions.
  • •Familiarity with electrical test methods, fab metrology tools, and basic NAND cell structures/device physics.
