Job Summary

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support high-fidelity flight simulators to ensure availability and customer satisfaction. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, daily pre-flight and post-flight checks, and visual alignments/adjustments. Diagnose routine to intermediate technical issues, run and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results, and support refurbishments and hardware modifications. Document maintenance activities in a maintenance management system, handle logistics tasks, and complete required technical, safety, and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on simulators and associated systems.
•Diagnose and correct routine and intermediate-level technical issues on simulators and supporting systems.
•Run, analyze, and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results and support daily pre-flight and post-flight checks.
•Conduct visual alignments and in-depth visual system adjustments; assist with advanced troubleshooting as needed.
•Use the maintenance management system to document, track, and close maintenance activities; support refurbishments, hardware modifications, and logistics duties.

Key Requirements

•Associate (2-year) technical degree or equivalent related technical training.
•Minimum 3 years of direct simulator experience, including at least 1 year on simulators relevant to the assigned location.
•Ability to troubleshoot to the system level on multiple simulator platforms.
•Proficiency using standard test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
