Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze employee lifecycle data across hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and attrition.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports; translate ad hoc analytics requests into data-driven recommendations.
  • •Perform statistical analyses to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities; support workforce forecasting and organizational reporting.
  • •Partner with People Business Partners and HR stakeholders to support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational health discussions.
  • •Analyze employee survey and feedback data using NLP (e.g., sentiment/text analytics) and support AI-enabled analytics and automated reporting narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or Greenhouse.
  • •Working knowledge of statistical techniques including regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
  • •Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations for business audiences.
