Job Summary

Support delegated authority (DA) and proposition governance across Allianz Commercial within Underwriting and Product Services. You’ll coordinate end-to-end DA/proposition governance, maintain governance records and audit trails, lead Proposition Development Templates (PDTs) and steering, and track actions to closure. The role also includes partner inspections, oversight aligned to Consumer Duty and Product Governance, and producing governance reporting and management information, with continuous improvement through automation and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery and embedding of the proposition governance framework, including maintaining the Propositions Register with clear audit trails.
•Lead completion of Proposition Development Templates (PDTs), ensuring appropriate challenge, stakeholder engagement, evidence, and approvals, and track outcomes to implementation and closure.
•Conduct partner inspections for DA agreements, support ongoing governance oversight of DA arrangements, and maintain governance records, action logs, and audit trails.
•Maintain and update DA contracts and assist coordination of DA annual reviews while monitoring governance activities and escalating issues, risks, and control weaknesses.
•Produce governance reporting and management information for DA and proposition activity, maintain reporting platforms and tools data, and support continuous improvement using AI, automation, and digital tooling.

•Experience in insurance underwriting, delegated authority, product or proposition governance, or a related governance discipline.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
•Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple governance activities simultaneously.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain robust audit trails.
•Experience producing governance reporting, management information (MI) and committee papers.
