Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and optimize the production process technology system, including process standardization and tackling technical challenges to ensure stable production.
  • •Oversee planning, implementation, and optimization of the TPU engineering technology system and drive engineering innovation to meet standards, quality, and schedule targets.
  • •Lead major engineering projects from initiation and scheme design through bidding/procurement, construction, commissioning, and acceptance while controlling schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
  • •Formulate and improve production process standards and SOPs, and establish process verification and optimization processes for document feasibility and standardization.
  • •Build and manage the technology team, coordinate with production, quality, R&D, and EHS on process changes, and participate in safety risk assessments to prevent incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Chemical or Polymer Engineering.
  • •At least 8 years of technical experience in the polymer manufacturing industry, including management experience in production and engineering.
  • •Expertise in twin-screw-extruder engineering and deep know-how of the TPU manufacturing process, including extrusion quality control.
  • •Chemical industry experience including MOC, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation for EHS, Process Safety, and Quality.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, with working knowledge of English.
