Process Technology & Engineering Manager

Own and improve the production process technology system, leading standardization, technical problem-solving, and innovations that reduce costs and increase efficiency. Oversee planning and optimization of the TPU engineering technology system, manage major engineering projects end-to-end (design through commissioning/acceptance), and drive process verification, SOPs, and compliance. Build and lead the technology team, coordinate across production, quality, and R&D, and participate in safety risk assessments to ensure stable operations and capacity targets.
