Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • •Define, track, and report project milestones using an integrated delivery plan with resource capacity and actuals analysis.
  • •Forecast, monitor, and report project financials; maintain financials in project management tools and review project time cards.
  • •Manage project risks and change requests by assessing impact to scope, schedule, and cost and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures, including project methodology standards, SOX, and computer systems validation documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Financial management experience with ability to forecast, monitor, and report on project financials.
  • •PMO experience including integrated delivery planning with milestones, resource capacity, and actuals analysis.
  • •Proficiency in MS Project planning and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • •Experience managing project risks and change requests by assessing impact to scope, schedule, and cost.
