Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize partner programs that drive business growth through indirect sales channels.
  • •Create and execute channel campaigns in partnership with sales, channel, and marketing (including email, social, paid advertising, and events).
  • •Improve channel onboarding, enablement, and compliance; define measurement criteria for ongoing evaluation.
  • •Produce partner-facing collateral, onboarding tools, and training delivery methodologies; manage the Partner Portal for partner interactions.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, sales, marketing, operations, and IT) to align channel strategy, data/reporting, and workflows; support training needs through direct engagement.

Salary: USD 86,900 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •3+ years in software sales and channel development with Distributors and Resellers.
  • •Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, plus strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English.
