Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily production activities to meet volume, yield, and schedule targets.
  • •Promote and enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 18–20 operators.
  • •Monitor performance (OEE, downtime, waste) and drive improvements.
  • •Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to maintain operations and ensure accurate production, quality, and sanitation documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually
