Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to drive high-quality outbound pipeline growth and exceed targets. Use AI tools to automate workflows and increase rep productivity, while tracking performance metrics to remove inefficiencies and coach skill development. Help scale hiring and build the next generation of sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive team execution to consistently hit and exceed outbound pipeline targets using rigorous prospecting and lead qualification.
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on strategy and maximize pipeline growth and revenue conversion.
•Drive daily adoption of AI tools and build automated workflows to eliminate administrative friction and improve rep efficiency.
•Analyze key performance metrics (activity, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) to identify inefficiencies and optimize outreach.
•Develop and mentor BDR talent, including coaching for internal promotion paths, and recruit and onboard new BDRs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 198,000 annually

•1–3+ years managing BDRs/SDRs or proven experience formally mentoring peers as a high-performing Sales Rep.

•Manage sales funnel execution across multiple channels (inbound, upsell, outbound, partners, marketing).
•Proficiency with BDR tool stack including Salesforce and generative AI.
•Ability to learn quickly and coach reps on complex technical concepts/terms with excellent interpersonal skills.
