Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on administrative support to the construction team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • •Maintain up-to-date records including permits, RAMS, timesheets, inductions, change requests, and toolbox talks
  • •Support team coordination by organising schedules, tracking progress, and helping coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
  • •Assist with HSE administration such as safety documentation and incident reporting to help meet UK Health and safety standards
  • •Serve as a communication hub by managing internal updates, visitor management, and weekly reporting and meeting minutes

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience supporting construction projects with knowledge of site operations, compliance requirements, and project workflows
  • •Proven ability to work with site managers and supervisors, anticipating needs and enabling effective decision-making
  • •Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills to manage competing priorities and keep critical documentation on track
  • •Confident stakeholder communicator who can engage professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors
  • •Strong digital administration skills, including MS Office, to streamline processes and improve efficiency
