Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with specialists to develop preliminary feasibility and benchmarking studies for medium-complexity projects.
  • •Support legal, institutional, and cadastral framework investigation and site/natural environment analyses.
  • •Develop conceptual and comparative design alternatives, including land use, transportation, morphology, utilities, and perform SWOT-based assessments.
  • •Produce and lead production of thematic maps and design deliverables, then refine the approved master plan (parcelation, road designs, wet utilities, power/lighting, landscape).
  • •Prepare final detailed reports and development briefs and provide input for infrastructure/landscape specifications and BOQs, supporting implementation strategy and client workshops as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture.
  • •Master’s Degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design.
  • •Deep knowledge of all urban design principles.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
