Support the recruiting team with administrative and organizational tasks across the full applicant and hiring process, from students to managers. Serve as an independent point of contact for candidates during the application phase and help coordinate recruiting activities. Contribute to employer branding by actively supporting the internal referral program “Promote Bus,” while gaining hands-on insights into recruiting in an international corporate environment.
