Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle more complex loan servicing functions, including attorney prepared loan processing, complex commercial loans, data quality, reconciliations, reporting, and collateral management.
  • •Assist with customer service calls for account inquiries and error or complaint resolution, acting as a first-level escalation point for complex inquiries.
  • •Update data in the servicing core system and document customer contact.
  • •Monitor and maintain department and employee-facing procedures for accuracy, train on procedures and processes, and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies, engage in process improvement, and help monitor SLAs for timely, accurate completion of department work.
