Job Summary

Lead Diageo’s commercial agenda with strategic On-Trade Key Account customers across Chile’s regions. Own the customer relationship and drive disciplined Joint Business Planning to deliver sustainable growth, customer profitability, brilliant execution, stronger customer experience, and value creation. Translate category/channel plans into customer-specific choices, run performance reviews, and lead corrective actions using execution data, KPIs, and customer insights. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RGM, Finance, Supply, Activation, and Sales Operations.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Own the commercial relationship with assigned strategic On-Trade Key Accounts.
•Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) agenda and drive customer-specific priorities, negotiation agenda, calendar, and execution focus.
•Deliver customer-level performance across NSV, volume, sell-out, distribution, investment efficiency, pricing/promo compliance, profitability, and execution quality.
•Translate category/channel plans into customer-specific plans and lead cross-functional customer problem solving.
•Use SAMBC, OTIF, SFA, Advantage Score, service RCA, and feedback to identify friction points and lead corrective actions.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in Sales, Sales Activation, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Operations, or Commercial Execution within FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods.
•Experience implementing in-store activation plans, promotional campaigns, or commercial execution initiatives.
•Experience working with distributors and/or indirect sales models within the On-Trade channel.
•Conduct field visits to monitor execution standards and identify improvement opportunities at the point of sale.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
