Commercial Portfolio Manager VP

Manage and oversee commercial and corporate banking credit portfolios for Middle Market relationships, ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines. Analyze financial statements and loan requests to recommend appropriate structures, monitor loan performance and repayment ability, and present credit recommendations through the loan approval process. Partner with Relationship Managers to co-manage client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities across treasury, private banking, capital markets, and other services.
