Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as a Specialist Engineer in PAM Technology, reporting into the PAM SRE function and supporting multiple IAM/PAM services.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Development functions to provide end-to-end services and improve PAM operations through automation.
  • •Support incident management by performing root cause analysis and applying preventive actions.
  • •Deliver and represent changes through CAB processes and maintain stable, resilient services.
  • •Provide audit support through data, documentation, walkthroughs, and reports; also develop new solutions to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting Delinea Vault Secret Server or HashiCorp Vault, plus a Windows Server or Linux Server background.
  • •Hands-on with automation and tooling including Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • •Deliver changes following guidelines, participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required.
  • •Maintain a stable, resilient PAM service and support continuous improvements in service health and resilience.
