Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safety-first culture and ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements across Component Repair Shops, serving as account manager for AA’s FAR Part 145 Certificate
  • •Oversee operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation to meet financial and productivity targets
  • •Direct daily operational activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient support of airline operational performance
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, increase efficiency and reliability, and enhance customer service and team member experience
  • •Evaluate and improve operational processes and champion innovation in workflows, technology, automation, and operational tooling

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of airline industry/technical operations, company strategy, and collective bargaining agreements
  • •Valid FAA A&P License preferred
