Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to implement project plans/programs with significant complexity, coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • •Manage power infrastructure projects from concept through completion with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Apply engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and control systems.
  • •Align project objectives with corporate strategy and deliver solutions that maximize reliability and profitability.
  • •Prepare project reports, presentations, schedules, and costing forecasts, and present/implement engineering-supported recommendations.

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management (Staff).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management (Senior).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
  • •Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes, plus extensive experience with power plant construction or operations.
  • •Experience designing, constructing, and commissioning power generation systems, substations, and high-voltage electrical distribution systems.
