Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as the primary troubleshooter in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers while ensuring efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions and teller line operations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client interactions and transition clients to a banker for deeper conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller scheduling and staffing issues and oversee branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers per guidelines, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and assist with onboarding and training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and organize multiple tasks (required).
