Job Summary

Supervise airport operations on a shift basis, overseeing passenger and aircraft handling while ensuring compliance with checklists, company policies, and regulations. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage safety and security outcomes on a shift basis through hazard identification, safety/compliance monitoring, and reporting.
•Coordinate special guest and VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guest requirements, including assessment, planning, and coordination.
•Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery and minimize impact to guest service and operational integrity.
•Deliver, rehearse, and execute station emergency response, disruption planning, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity plans.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience, with knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication skills.
•Previous exposure to a highly pressured, multicultural environment in a supervisory role within a shift environment.
•Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with knowledge of aviation, travel, and/or airport policies.
•Mature personality with outstanding communication and supervisory skills and a passion to deliver service.
•Ability to balance guest-centric and corporate priorities while coordinating teams and service providers and maintaining safety and security standards.
