Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead worldwide product returns and remarketing strategy across forecasting, operations, disposition, resale, refurbishment, recycling, and recovery pathways.
  • •Own business performance for returned, excess, and end-of-life products, including inventory velocity, aging exposure, recovery value, cost, service levels, and customer experience.
  • •Develop and govern global operating processes, KPIs, and performance routines to improve predictability, compliance, partner execution, and end-to-end accountability.
  • •Build and manage cross-functional execution plans with reverse logistics, refurbishment, finance, category, sales, planning, regional operations, and external business partners.
  • •Drive process standardization, AI and automation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and scale global execution.
