Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and review data on facility/equipment specifications and constraints to ensure consistent documentation.
  • •Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or site emergencies.
  • •Inspect and review projects to evaluate compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
  • •Review building security and safety needs and recommend improvements to security procedures and protocols.
  • •Support prebuilding assessments and planning (e.g., cost estimating, feasibility, energy efficiency and sustainability inputs) and estimate design costs while coordinating vendor quotes and orders.

Key Requirements

  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an architectural/construction planning discipline and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of architecture and design.
  • •Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet timelines.
