Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all automotive lubrication services including oil changes and topping off fluids
  • •Check customer vehicles (battery, lights, tires) and refer needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor
  • •Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and ensure all equipment (especially lifts) is in proper working order
  • •Receive repair orders and proceed to service lift to lubricate the entire vehicle
  • •Follow company safety policies, report accidents immediately, and keep the customer’s car clean

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years as a technician’s helper, apprentice technician, or lube technician in an automotive dealership or service shop
  • •Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures (oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks)
  • •Experience using automotive tools and equipment (wrenches, oil filter wrenches, socket sets)
  • •Must have own basic hand tools, wrenches, socket set, impact wrench, and torque wrench
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work in the USA
