Mobile Service Technician - McLean, VA

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations. Work independently and with support from the nearest service location while functioning as a service advisor—handling parts tasks, documenting interactions in a DMS software suite, scheduling as needed, and following repair documentation procedures. Maintain deep knowledge of high- and low-voltage EV systems, collect payment, and provide responsive customer service across assigned territory.
