Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by observing children closely, preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and the team to strengthen classroom community. Help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning, with training and ongoing mentorship provided.
