Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide security coverage and a professional first impression for employees, customers, vendors, and guests at SpaceX facilities.
  • •Track special events and visits, and deliver high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • •Implement access control, escort, and tour protocols for employees, customers, vendors, and guests.
  • •Coordinate with Security leadership and the Protective Operations Center for incident/emergency notifications, emergency response assistance, and surveillance monitoring.
  • •Prepare clear written incident reports and report maintenance, facility, and technology issues and alarms; support day-to-day security operations including standing post, escort duty, and tours.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of experience in a customer service or facility security-related capacity.
  • •Availability to work any schedule needed, including overtime, nights, weekends, and rotating schedules.
  • •Valid driver’s license and possess or be eligible for a valid state security officer license.
  • •Ability to meet ITAR requirements by being a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee, or eligible to obtain authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
