Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor data center infrastructure to ensure integrity, performance, and availability of hardware, server resources, network systems, and critical services; proactively identify issues.
  • •Own data center infrastructure operations, including network engineering, storage, and server platforms, ensuring stability and performance across environments.
  • •Support design, implementation, and lifecycle management of core infrastructure systems (firewall platforms, storage environments, compute resources).
  • •Participate in infrastructure projects (hardware refreshes, upgrades, new deployments) ensuring alignment with standards.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve data center issues and restore services.
