Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and operationalization of production-ready applied AI solutions for the InFlyt Experience ecosystem. Architect enterprise AI capabilities across cloud and edge, delivering agentic workflows, RAG platforms, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop automation. Partner with engineering, product, platform, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, strengthen governance and responsible AI practices, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the evolution of enterprise AI architecture strategies, design patterns, and engineering standards for applied AI initiatives across AWS cloud and edge deployments.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from problem definition and architecture selection through development, infrastructure design, deployment, observability, and continuous optimization.
•Architect and operationalize advanced AI systems including agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, human-in-the-loop solutions, and intelligent automation; build reusable AI frameworks and components.
•Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, platform, operations, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Contribute to AI governance, security, and compliance practices, including model evaluation frameworks, responsible AI standards, data privacy considerations, and operational guardrails; drive continuous improvement through monitoring and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
•4+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or AI/ML engineering, including 3+ years deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
•Experience influencing technical architecture decisions and engineering direction across cross-functional teams with strong communication and collaboration.
•Expertise in applied AI patterns such as agentic architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and intelligent automation, including responsible AI/guardrails concepts.
•Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and modern application development (APIs, React, TypeScript), plus scalable cloud-native/distributed systems for AI workloads.
