Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other business functions to identify workflow and process problems.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches and automation opportunities.
  • •Map existing workflows, including systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • •Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions, integrating with internal systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • •Work independently end-to-end from discovery through implementation, communicating tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
