Job Summary

Lead a Key Bank branch by coaching and developing your team to deliver excellent client service and disciplined execution of the Branch Playbook. Drive business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition, including outside calling and leveraging centers of influence to build small business relationships. Own branch operations and compliance for regulatory/security/audit requirements, manage staffing and scheduling, and deliver performance management through observational coaching and joint sales calls.

•Drive branch growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, including outside calling to small business clients and leveraging centers of influence.
•Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring understanding of products/services, sales and service process, and Key’s vision and values.
•Manage branch operations, compliance, and security for regulatory/internal controls, including timely completion of operational tasks.
•Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates; manage staffing and schedules, including work on Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Minimum 3 years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
•Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts (required).
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
