Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Provide a safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
•Pass post-offer background investigation and any licensing requirements required by applicable law.

•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in confined spaces like attics.
