Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Core PAS, Finance, HR, and Compliance technology services.
  • •Define and execute the CoE strategy and roadmap aligned to business and technology priorities.
  • •Own service performance, financial management, and governance to keep services secure, scalable, and reliable.
  • •Provide technical leadership to drive technology decisions, innovation, and best-practice adoption.
  • •Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, information security requirements, risk controls, and regulatory obligations while managing technology risk and technical debt.
