Key Responsibilities

•Act as a liaison between the Sales, Customer Order Management, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics teams to ensure all orders are shipped according to promise dates.
•Analyze daily order backlog and drive revenue to meet financial commitments.
•Coordinate with supply planning to ensure all delivery dates are provided and accurate.
•Attend operations meetings to identify supply which will impact customer orders and communicate timely information to sales.
•Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce order to cash cycle time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,500 - 85,200 annually

•Associates degree with minimum 2 years in an operations environment or a Bachelor's degree
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
