Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the company’s HR practices and policies comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
  • •Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices to identify areas of risk or non-compliance.
  • •Develop and deliver HR compliance training programs in both French and English for HR staff, managers, and employees.
  • •Maintain accurate records of compliance audits, investigations, and outcomes; prepare reports detailing compliance findings, action plans, and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and a HR Compliance Certification is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •5-8 years of experience in HR Compliance.
  • •Fluent in French and advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages (written and spoken).
  • •In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, and other workplace regulations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
