(CSA) Assistant Cost Manager (Commercial Fit-Out)

Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control for commercial workplace fit-out projects. Support pre-contract estimating and cost benchmarking, and help with procurement activities including tender documentation and tender evaluations. Contribute to post-contract cost management through contract/variation support, interim valuations, and maintaining accurate cost records. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and ensure governance and compliance throughout project delivery.
