  • •Own the end-to-end security relationship for an assigned business unit as the primary point of contact and credible voice between BU leadership and Enterprise Security.
  • •Own the risk register: set severity, prioritize issues, and define remediation sequencing with resourced plans and named owners.
  • •Lead security engagement in design reviews, threat models, and architecture decisions to establish secure-by-design patterns early.
  • •Coordinate the customer side of active security incidents with the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) and executive stakeholders.
  • •Lead and develop a small team of Security Partner professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or a related discipline in a large enterprise, with prior BISO/Security Partner experience or equivalent senior security leadership.
  • •Deep technical fluency across cloud, identity, application, and AI/ML security to hold substantive views in design reviews and threat models.
  • •Ability to prioritize and communicate risk with executive-grade written and verbal communication, representing security to CISO, CIO, GM, and board-level audiences.
  • •Experience managing and developing security professionals.
