Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program execution for ASIC development, ensuring schedule, power, and cost targets are met.
  • •Drive risk management, change control, development reviews, and compliance with ASIC development processes.
  • •Develop and manage project planning, including estimation, scheduling, and milestone dependency management.
  • •Report key achievements, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
  • •Partner with design and technical leads, implementation teams, and peer program managers to deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BEE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • •Experience leading ASIC/SoC design and development programs end-to-end.
  • •Strong understanding of the ASIC design flow, from architecture/RTL through verification, PnR, integration, and silicon validation.
  • •Experience driving risk management, change control, and development reviews.
  • •Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements; experience with FuSa and ISO 26262 is encouraged.
