•Drive alignment with Store Managers and retail leadership to ensure consistent SMB execution and performance across the network.
•Develop and manage the SMB segment financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
•Identify new market opportunities, local partnerships and growth potential within the SMB segment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred.
•At least 7 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading SMB segment strategy and sales across a network of stores.
•Ability to manage end-to-end SMB pipeline, forecasting and budgeting.
•Strong leadership, performance management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
