Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with tech executives (AI, Product, Engineering, Innovation, CISO) to align talent strategy with product and engineering roadmaps and workforce planning.
  • •Diagnose organizational health using metrics and sentiment; lead large-scale initiatives to improve velocity, clarity, and innovation across global teams.
  • •Use advanced data analytics and AI-driven tools to deliver talent and leadership insights and forecast future needs.
  • •Drive executive succession planning, leadership coaching, and a performance culture suited for high-velocity technical environments.
  • •Independently translate and drive high-impact collaboration between People & Culture Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to support the Technology organization.
