Job Summary

Lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. •Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
•Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers/fans and delivering product knowledge.
•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
•Recruit, retain, and develop talent across seasonal and core hiring, and partner with leadership to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
