  • •Strong technical writing skills for structured, user-friendly Help Center and knowledge base articles, translating complex product logic into simple guidance.
  • •Chinese language proficiency, including reading Chinese PRDs and communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • •Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance is preferred.
