Job Summary

Develop and scale Visa’s strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem by partnering with model labs, AI platforms, infrastructure providers, developer ecosystems, and emerging technology companies. Lead commercial partnership strategy, execute deals that accelerate product innovation and adoption, and translate AI trends into actionable product and business opportunities. Provide market intelligence and represent Visa across the ecosystem, partnering with product, engineering, regional teams, and Visa Ventures for investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Visa’s commercial and product relationships with a portfolio of strategic AI partners, including model labs, AI platforms, and infrastructure providers.
•Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, and technical leaders to identify opportunities aligned with Visa’s long-term strategy.
•Structure and execute commercial partnerships to accelerate product innovation, drive adoption, and create new growth sources.
•Identify product and customer experience opportunities with AI partners, working with product, engineering, and regional teams through launch.
•Provide ecosystem insights to guide Visa product strategy and investment priorities, representing Visa and supporting strategic investments alongside Visa Ventures.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 192,300 - 307,600 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Significant experience in partnerships, business development, product, strategy, venture capital, or adjacent roles within technology, AI, software, platforms, or financial services.
•Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing complex strategic partnerships.
•Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including model providers, AI applications, infrastructure providers, developer tools, and emerging platform trends.
•Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions across large organizations.
