Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operational activities and supervise junior employees’ work.
  • •Assign work to the Financial Reporting team, set short-term priorities, and ensure timely, accurate completion.
  • •Conduct performance management, career development, and staffing/disciplinary actions.
  • •Analyze and research discrepancies, resolve issues before closure, and support audit queries.
  • •Provide input and support to the budget management process and serve as a subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of people management experience for Team Leaders.
  • •7+ years overall experience in financial statement preparation or financial reporting in an Audit Firm or financial institution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of accounting and regulatory concepts and fluency in English; regulatory/statutory reporting knowledge preferred.
