Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Capital Projects Team in successful delivery of assigned APAC capital projects (time, budget, quality) in line with client standards and execution frameworks.
  • •Manage and coordinate external and internal project teams, ensuring coordination and technical alignment throughout all project phases.
  • •Lead external project managers to execute technical and cost management from inception through completion, including monitoring forecasts, cash flow, and budget performance.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues affecting delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate requirements.
  • •Drive governance through project reviews and steering committee updates; oversee procurement (RFP/RFQ, bid assessment) and support construction contracts (variation management, change control, claims, close-out).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • •Experience managing regional and global capital projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional teams across different countries.
  • •Ability to align project deliverables, resourcing, and delivery plans to meet business requirements.
