Job Summary

Support the Capital Projects Team to deliver industrial/manufacturing capital projects across APAC, ensuring time, budget, and quality. Follow client governance and execution frameworks while coordinating external and internal project teams through all phases. Own cost, schedule, risk, stakeholder management, procurement and contract support, and produce project documentation and executive reporting to enable sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Capital Projects Team in successful delivery of assigned APAC capital projects (time, budget, quality) in line with client standards and execution frameworks.
•Manage and coordinate external and internal project teams, ensuring coordination and technical alignment throughout all project phases.
•Lead external project managers to execute technical and cost management from inception through completion, including monitoring forecasts, cash flow, and budget performance.
•Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues affecting delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate requirements.
•Drive governance through project reviews and steering committee updates; oversee procurement (RFP/RFQ, bid assessment) and support construction contracts (variation management, change control, claims, close-out).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
•Experience managing regional and global capital projects involving multiple stakeholders.
•Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional teams across different countries.
•Ability to align project deliverables, resourcing, and delivery plans to meet business requirements.
