Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, etc.) and provide prompt technical support to users.
  • •Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity; remediate vulnerabilities and address issues proactively.
  • •Stay current on Google Workspace features and implement updates, improvements, and best practices.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation and user training materials for platform users.
