Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the global digital roadmap for GES aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • •Build enterprise-wide process mining capabilities for transparency, conformance analysis, and data-driven improvements.
  • •Lead automation strategy across workflow automation, intelligent automation, orchestration, and RPA modernization to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • •Develop and execute the strategy for Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies, identifying high-value use cases and enabling responsible adoption.
  • •Govern demand, prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions while partnering with leadership, Digital & Tech teams, Architecture, Data & AI, and external vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in digital partnering, enterprise technology, or transformation leadership in complex global organizations.
  • •Strong track record in process mining, business process optimization, intelligent workflows, and automation transformation programs.
  • •Solid understanding of AI technologies, including Agentic AI, and translating innovation into business value.
  • •Demonstrated capability in roadmap development, portfolio management, investment governance, and value realization.
  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
