Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and/or auxiliary equipment, including reciprocating and turbine engines and compressors.
•Assess engine and compressor component conditions and perform required maintenance per company standards and original manufacturer specifications.
•Identify, report, and assist in correcting safety and environmental concerns while maintaining injury-and-incident-free performance.
•Complete documentation and required paperwork timely and accurately, including ordering and receiving replacement parts, timesheets, and expense accounts.
•Mentor teammates and provide clear communication in person and by telephone; respond to emergencies and after-hours calls as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Experience in mechanical maintenance of reciprocating/centrifugal compressor units; preferably experience with turbine engines, natural gas compressors, and auxiliary engines.
•Valid driver license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
•Strong mechanical skills for compressor engines and ability to troubleshoot and maintain natural gas plant equipment, including pumps, exchangers, and compressors.
•Ability to read and interpret company policies/procedures, O&M manuals, and blueprints, and respond to emergency or after-hours call-outs.
