Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform due diligence and financial analysis, synthesizing research and identifying risks, mitigants, and mitigation approaches.
  • •Prepare financial modeling inputs with minimal guidance, including understanding model mechanics and considering overrides or exceptions.
  • •Analyze structuring options based on collateral and contribute to credit approval documentation and internal deal review/pipeline meetings.
  • •Coordinate and complete closing process requirements, and shadow more senior underwriters on legal documentation review and negotiation.
  • •Manage an existing loan portfolio by completing reviews/modifications, monitoring risk rating upgrades/downgrades, ensuring credit policy compliance, and escalating/resolving problem accounts.

Salary: USD 119,400 - 136,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or commercial real estate.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • •Previous experience in underwriting or portfolio or asset management.
  • •High-level understanding of Excel, VBA, Google Scripts and/or SQL.
