Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor while elevating service via omni-channel and virtual selling, clienteling, and customer data capture. Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach the team using KPIs to exceed performance goals. Oversee daily operations including cash handling, schedules and payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and support live stream/social commerce.
